It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Senior Airman Cynthia Vilmenay, whom I had the privilege of supervising during her assignment at the 66th Medical Squadron. She consistently sought feedback, accepted guidance with a positive attitude, and showed a genuine willingness to learn from every experience. Over time, I watched her grow in both confidence and competence, becoming someone her teammates could rely upon.

Cynthia developed into a compassionate and professional healthcare support technician who consistently treated patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Whether assisting with medical records, supporting clinic operations, or helping patients navigate administrative processes, she approached every task with care and attention to detail. She understood that even routine administrative duties contribute directly to quality patient care and took pride in performing those responsibilities accurately.

Beyond her technical abilities, Cynthia demonstrated maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic. She willingly accepted new responsibilities, remained receptive to coaching, and consistently looked for opportunities to improve herself both personally and professionally. Her positive attitude and perseverance allowed her to continue growing despite setbacks, qualities that I believe will serve her well throughout her career.
