Staff Sergeant Benjamin W. Richie distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Signals Intelligence Fusion Analyst, 13th Intelligence Squadron, 9th Reconnaisance Wing, Beale Air Force Base, California. Sergeant Richie authored 155 time sensitive reports with 95 percent accuracy and disseminated intelligence reports which resulted in several insurgent locations being identified and four Taliban fighters captured and placed into United States custody. In addition, he nominated over 220 imagery ADHOCs, leveraging 43 separate Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platform missions to provide Operation Enduring Freedom Combined Joint Task Forces collection efforts which led to the facilitation of 45 enemy targets found and finished. Finally, Sergeant Richie supplied Combined Joint Task Forces engaged in 52 firefights with actionable intelligence based on Multi-Source Intelligence which led to the discovery of 23 Improvised Explosive Devices. Senior Airman Emily A. Russell distinguished herself by meritorious service as Signals Intelligence Analyst, 30th Intelligence Squadron, 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. During this period, Airman Russell was hand-picked to fill a new multi-int position that fused Signals Intelligence with other Intelligence disciplines and enhanced Distributed Ground System reporting capabilities. In this position Airman Russell exploited 257 U-2 ISR missions, identifying insurgent activity that bridged key COCOM intelligence gaps and denied enemy sanctuary in Afghanistan and Iraq. Additionally, Airman Russell developed 13 U-2 and Global Hawk imagery collections plans, validating 2100 collection requirements in compliance with SECDEF ISR priorities. Further, Airman Russell synchronized joint tactical collection requirements, routing 850 Ad Hocs to friendly forces in Southwest Asia. And finally, Airman Russell executed eight critical missions orders across three Areas of Responsiblity, successfully enabling joint service ISR mission accomplishment. Staff Sergeant Katherine V. Coolidge distinguished herself by meritorious service as Signals Intelligence Analyst, 3d Intelligence Squadron, 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group, Fort Gordon, Georgia. During this period Sergeant Coolidge used her administrative and training skills to increase mission accomplishment and productivity. As the focal point for Air Force Career Development course training for all assigned personnel, she was instrumental in transitioning newly assigned Airmen from indoctrination to operations. Additionally, Sergeant Coolidge managed the unit's ancillary training program and guided the unit towards the goal of 100% compliance for 650 Airmen in 11 separate courses. Moreover, she served as an instructor for the Air Force Self Aid and Buddy Care course for over 100 Airmen, optimizing unit emergency preparedness and deployment readiness. Further, Sergeant Coolidge was instrumental in the unit's overall 98 percent compliance rating during the Unit Compliance Inspection, where she worked 60-hour weeks for three months prior, building the foundation for three major training programs.
