Meritorious service while serving as Senior Enlisted Advisor, 403d Aeromedical Staging Squadron, 403d Wing, Keesler AFB, Mississippi. During this period, Chief Master Sergeant Danielle G. Beasley's outstanding leadership and devotion to duty were instrumental factors in the mentoring and training of over 140 unit Airmen of all ranks. As the unit's Senior Enlisted Advisor, she worked closely with the commander to revise the unit promotion selection process and ensure Airmen have a clear understanding of the progression standard, improving awareness and ensuring a quality force. In addition, Chief Beasley was a by-name requested lead Observer Controller by Air Mobility Command during five major exercises, mentoring eight squadron's enlisted members. Finally, as the Senior Enlisted Advisor, she attended four events in place of the Command Chief due to his multiple wing commitments. Technical Sergeant Bruce D. McDonald distinguished himself by outstanding achievement as Senior Enlisted Advisor, Air Force Element, Allied Joint Force Command, Naples, Italy, from 13 September 2023 to 12 September 2024. During this period, Sergeant McDonald completed the rigorous 5-day First Sergeant Symposium, bolstering vital skills needed to respond to service members in need and performed the primary unit First Sergeant role for 60 days. Additionally, he was elected as the Secretary for the Air Force Element council, increasing the morale and welfare of 77 Airmen and their families across 10 units in three countries while championing 45 recreational events and promoting cross-culture awareness, all while raising over $8,000 for future projects. Moreover, his drive to pursue professional development was evident as he was selected to attend the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Gateway Leadership course. Finally, his professionalism was on full display while narrating the 4-star headquarters' All-Hands Call, honoring 32 individuals' accomplishments for over 3,000 joint and NATO members. Meritorious service while serving as interim Superintendent and Senior Enlisted Advisor, Detachment 7, Aerospace Systems Directorate, Air Force Research Labortory, Air Force Material Command, Edwards Air Force Base, California. During this period, Master Sergeant Hastings performed flawlessly as interim Superintendent and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the commander at a remote, 65 square mile research and development site with over 750 million dollars in rocket test infrastructure and staffed by 450 military, civilian and contractor personnel. He made significant, quantifiable impacts as the site's Additional Duty First Sergeant, responsible for unit mentoring, policy guidance, morale, and quality of life for 42 military members. His exemplary leadership of the enlisted teams spanning 38 test stands and 31 research labs ensured the success of over 23 technology demonstrations, pushing forward the state of the art in U.S. rocket propulsion technology. Futhermore, he led 32 environmental safety occupational and health monitors in training, hazard recognition, and mishap reporting which resulted in zero lost work days in the workforce. Meritorious service while serving as Chief of Cyberspace Operations, Communications Flight, 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio. During this period, Chief Master Sergeant Clyde N. Tanner distinguished himself as the Chief of Cyberspace Operations for the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield Ohio. His involvement as the Chief's Council President, 179th's Senior Enlisted Advisor and Chief's executive group played a vital role in establishing high expectations for our senior enlisted personnel and his legacy continues to promote the development of junior leaders. Sergeant Tanner's outstanding professional skill, leadership, and ceaseless mentoring have also directly contributed to the success of the Air National Guard's Communications Operations Working Group, the MWR Council, and the Wing Speakers Council. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Chief Master Sergeant Tanner reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.




Meritorious service while serving as Flight Chief, Nutritional Medicine, 59th Medical Diagnostics and Therapeutics Squadron, 59th Medical Wing, Joint Base San Antonio, and Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. During this period, Master Sergeant King was the Nutritional Medicine Senior Enlisted Leader across three elements, overseeing 242,000 San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) beneficiaries. He was selected as an additional duty First Sergeant and Squadron Superintendent and managed the operations budget and maintained quality of life for 220 active duty and civilian personnel. Furthermore, he advised the Career Field Manager on Education and Training opportunities for 175 Advanced Clinical Nutrition Courses. He developed 160 hours of course work for 168 upgrade tasks and coordinated with three major commands to certify six students. Finally, his superb leadership and dedication to the mission resulted in his flight winning the Team of the Quarter Award, and him winning Senior Non-commissioned Officer of the Quarter Award for the Group. Meritorious service while serving as Senior Enlisted Leader, Forward Aviation Detchment-Niamey, Joint Special Operations Air Component-Africa, Air Base 101, Niamey, Niger. During this period, Senior Master Sergeant Dennis Holmes led Joint Special Operations Air Component's largest Detachment consisting of one hundred and forty members and nine aircraft. He provided vital input during 16 base command staff meetings, shaping base development, expansion, force protection, and flightline space allocation for over 250 million dollars worth of aircraft and equipment. Furthermore, he served as a member of the Coronavirus Working Group where he coordinated the delivery, storage and administration of 650 COVID-19 vaccinations, eradicating the presence of COVID-19 cases on Airbase 101. Finally, Sergeant Holmes instituted tours of ISR, mapping, and LIDAR contracted assets for 23 base organizations, ultimately integrating them into the base commander's vision of providing mission ownership for AB101's Airmen and Soldiers. His program boosted base morale and focused partners' efforts to support the Forward Aviation Detachment-Niamey mission.
