Airman First Class Haley R. Chase distinguished herself by meritorious service while serving as Patient Administration Technician, 355th Medical Support Squadron, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona. During this period, Airman Chase piloted the continuous process improvement initiative for the Wing's Exceptional Family Member Program, cutting processing times from 14 to seven days, and winning recognition as CPI Team of the Month. Additionally, as the PCS clearance coordinator, she coordinated the medical review of 697 families, ensuring the availability of specialized medical care at 79 medical treatment facilities. Further, as the Organizational Defense Travel Agent, she supported 240 medical TDYs and 13 aeromedical evacuations, allocating more than four hundred thousand dollars in travel funds and coordinating medical care across four COCOMs. Lastly, she manned the Wing Welcome Center and inprocessed 20 First Term Airman, ensuring seamless medical benefit delivery upon arrival.
