During this period, Airman Bakkila's outstanding professional skill, knowledge, and leadership aided immeasurably in the 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron earning an "Excellent" rating during the Pacific Air Force Logistics Compliance Assessment Program which was the highest score in Pacific Air Forces. Additionally, during a Headquarters Pacific Air Force's "no notice" limited Operational Readiness Inspection, she delivered 20 high priority assets to maintenance which led to the 8th Fighter Wing receiving an "Outstanding" rating. Moreover, Airman Bakkila prepared, built, and deployed a Mission Support Kit in support of the 80th Aircraft Maintenance Unit TDY to Exercise Red Flag, supporting 208 sorties flown and a 99 percent Non Mission Capable rate, the highest rate for all fighter aircraft participating.
