Staff Sergeant Rhema A. Ingram distinguished herself by meritorious service while serving as Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, PERSCO, 24th Air Expeditonary Group, Joint Task Force - Haiti, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. During this period, Sergeant Ingram contributed immeasurably to the success of the PERSCO team while assisting in the development of a casualty services continuity guide which resulted in thirty-five of thirty-five error free and on time messages. In addition, she volunteered to attend DCAPES training in the event the primary and alternate DCAPES Operator could not perform the mission. Further, she deployed to Haiti and meticulously managed the processing and outprocessing of 2,500 military and civilian personnel. She maintained an accountability database for more than 2,000 military and civilian personnel and transmitted over 5,000 data upates to leadership in daily reports and in the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Ingram reflect credit upon herself, the 24th Air Expeditonary Group and the United States Air Force.
